It begins with confirming program fit, followed by exploring the marketing and resource landing page. Once a decision is made to move forward, a Client Intake Agreement Form is completed to formalize participation. With the agreement executed, the Strive team gathers key implementation items and guides the organization through setup. After implementation, onboarding begins to ensure smooth adoption, culminating in active employee benefit engagement and long-term program success.
