Zach Beegal - CEO
Zach's mission is to help lead STRIVE to reimagine the employee experience — one individual at a time. This is done by partnering with companies to create a world-class employee experience that empowers their employees to feel connected, be motivated, & live well - on their terms. He works closely with sales, client success, marketing, & product verticals to relentlessly increase the value captured by STRIVE's partners. In his free time, Zach is passionate about all Philadelphia sports and enjoys any type of competitive game.

Ankit Sahu - CTO
Ankit is responsible for Product & Technology at STRIVE and brings nearly 15 years experience in building digital products. He has worked with large setups and startups in different areas of development, program, and product management. Ankit likes to learn new things and challenge himself. He's a regular hiker, runner, and is learning roller-blading.

Bobby Kane - VP of Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Bobby leads the sales and strategy team and is responsible for the company’s revenue-generation strategy & execution, as well as go-to-market approach. He is a sales and strategy executive with 15+ years of experience building and leading sales with a primarily focus on HR/Partnership Technology. Prior to joining STRIVE, Bobby was Director of Sales at three of the largest publicly traded Payroll/HRIS companies in the country. He successfully fostered a team that’s primary responsibility was front line growth. Bobby is passionate about his wife and three kids, as well as anything Philadelphia sports. He loves to network and enjoys his free time playing basketball.

She has spent the last decade building world class Support and Success organizations across tech companies large and small, and is excited to be partnering with STRIVE's clients to help them build phenomenal employee experiences. Originally from New Orleans, Lauren is an avid Saints and Pelicans fan, and in her spare time loves watching any sports, reading, and traveling with her husband and daughter.

Focusing on overall brand strategy/direction and communications, she brings STRIVE's vision to light by providing employers with the tools needed to empower employees to reimagine their employee experience. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, the arts, a good cup of coffee, and is always looking for a new adventure.
