Strive’s journey is rooted in listening – To our partners, their clients, employees, and the evolving needs of the employee benefits industry.
Founded in 2015 with a commitment to listening to partners and clients, Strive began in the benefit-wallet space as the first to market with white-labeled solutions for brokers.
As we evolved, industry insights revealed a broader challenge around employee benefit engagement, leading us to expand our platform into engagement solutions. In 2024, we launched the first AI Benefit Assistant, followed in 2025 by scalable benefits guide microsites and benefits apps that enable partners to deliver consistent, high-impact engagement across their entire book of business.
