For nearly 10 years, Strive has focused on one challenge: helping employees get more value from their benefits.
Strive started as a benefits wallet and was one of the first companies to bring white-labeled benefits apps to brokerages, giving employees and their families one place to access and understand their benefits.
As our partners’ needs evolved, so did the platform. Strive expanded beyond benefits access into communication, engagement, wellness, and rewards, creating more reasons for members to come back throughout the year and build greater benefits literacy.
