Strive’s journey is rooted in listening—to employees, to partners, and to the industry. Here’s how we got here.
Founded on the promise of listening to our partners and clients, Strive’s journey began in the benefit-wallet space, where we were first to market with white-labeled solutions for broker partners.
As we continued to listen and evolve, deep insights revealed a major industry challenge around employee engagement—leading us to expand our platform and capabilities.
In 2024, we introduced the first AI Benefit Assistant, marking another milestone in our commitment to innovation.
In 2025, our innovation efforts focused on the scalability of Benefit Engagement solutions—launching flexible microsites and benefit apps that can be deployed across an entire book of business, empowering partners to deliver consistent, high-impact engagement at scale.
By pivoting when needed, keeping a constant ear to the ground, and doing the next right thing, our partners trust us to deliver—for them, for their clients, and for their employees. We started in benefit wallets, grew into engagement, and now we own the Benefit Engagement lane—truly empowering benefit engagement, enhancing health, and improving lives.
